Like the ocean, union members united in solidarity are a calm, steady and reliable source of collective strength, when free from external agitation. That strength is expressed through cooperation, professionalism and quiet influence.
However, when challenged by outside forces that threaten workers’ interests, the collective influence of union members becomes impossible to ignore. Resolute and united in solidarity, member concerns cannot and will not go unanswered.
